2026 Summer SEEK Camp Registration

July 20-July 23 (Monday – Thursday) - This day camp is for children who are entering Kindergarten in Fall 2026 through students who will enter 5th grade in Fall 2026. Camp is 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM each day. Children must be picked up at 2:00 PM promptly every day. Parents are responsible for the child's transportation to and from SEEK camp. SEEK camp is a fun literacy camp for children taught by Wilkes County Schools teachers. Daily Camp and Lunch are free. Lunch is provided by Wilkes Literacy.

Wilkes Literacy cannot provide lunch and snacks for children with food allergies or special dietary needs. If a child has a specific dietary need or food allergy, parents should supply lunch and a snack each day for the child.

Wilkes Literacy will not have medical personnel on site for SEEK camp to administer any medication. Please do not enroll your child at SEEK camp if medication is required during camp hours.

Pre-Registration is required to attend SEEK camp at Moravian Falls Elementary School. Pre-registration will close when camp reaches maximum capacity. Parents/Caregivers must complete and submit the linked online form below, print the medical release (linked below), sign the medical release, and bring the signed medical release with the child on the first day of camp in order for the child to attend SEEK camp. Children are not pre-registered for SEEK camp unless the parent/guardian receives a confirmation email from Wilkes Literacy after submitting the form.

If a camper is dismissed for disciplinary reasons, the parent/guardian is responsible for picking up the child immediately.
